House rules

• It is not allowed to organize parties and/or invite external guests.
• According to regional Bed and Breakfast regulations, guests are not allowed to freely use the kitchen, although we will do our best to accommodate specific needs.
• No pets allowed, due to the owners’ allergies.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. The B&B is equipped with smoke detectors. Smoking is allowed only on the terrace of the Magic Room (for its guests) or on the shared terrace accessible from the kitchen.
• For hygiene reasons, we kindly ask guests to remove their shoes and use the disposable hotel slippers provided upon your arrival.

Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM (any changes must be agreed upon in advance).
• Check-out: by 10:30 AM. You can leave your luggage with us until an agreed time; in case of delay, the cost of an additional night may be charged.

Additional information

• The apartment is not suitable for infants and small children, as it lacks the usual safety features. Families with children are welcome, provided they take this into account.
• In the Magic Room only, the private bathroom uses a “sanitrit” system. Signs are displayed with the necessary precautions, and the owner will provide further explanations at check-in.
• If payment has not been made through booking platforms, the balance will be requested upon check-in.
