Room description

“You are my sunshine” is the second double room of B&B Bologna Dreaming.

On your arrival, you will find a courtesy set (shower gel, shower cap, toothbrush, soap, disposable slippers) and a hairdryer. For extra comfort, a soft bathrobe is also provided. The bathroom is private and located just in front of the room.

Breakfast is always included and available in self-service mode throughout the morning, with fresh and fragrant products. A kettle with a selection of teas and herbal teas is also at your disposal, as well as a small fridge with mineral water located at the entrance.

For leisure or work, the room offers free Wi-Fi.
The entire property is equipped with air conditioning to handle the summer heat and a heat pump for the cold winters typical of the Po Valley.

Prices may vary during trade fairs, events, holidays, and depending on the length of stay.
Rates do not include the tourist tax.

Payment can be made in cash, by credit card, via PayPal, Satispay, or bank transfer.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation can be made up to 8 days before check-in.
In case of no-show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will be retained.

Conditions of stay

Check-in: from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM (any changes must be agreed upon in advance).
Check-out: by 10:30 AM. You can leave your luggage with us until an agreed time. In case of delay, the cost of an additional night may be charged.
Breakfast: included and available in self-service mode throughout the morning.
Bathroom linen change: every 3 days.
Bed linen change: every 7 days.
Room cleaning: daily; to allow cleaning, please vacate the room by 11:00 AM.
It is not permitted to prepare food in the rooms.
It is not permitted to accommodate additional guests in the rooms/apartments.
